NEWS AND NOTES

I wanted to welcome Joe back from the south Pacific and his week long lesson with a VIP. Joe did a wonderful job teaching Symple Power Swing and getting to know one of the world's movers and shakers. Stay tuned for big possibilities as we go forward.

I also wanted to congratulate Mike Pavese, Dr. Larry Martin and Chuck Niebel for all of the great teaching of Symple Power Swing they've been doing. I recently spoke to all and I am very proud of their efforts in getting great results from all of their students.

Chuck has been doing a great job in holding clinics in the western half of US. I have spoke to several of his clinic attendees and all are progressing wonderfully and very impressed with his knowledge and teaching. If you have a chance to get to a clinic please do as we promise complete satisfaction in every part of your game. Joe Davidson and Chuck will be doing Clinics in San Jose and Sacramento areas this weekend.

I have had a very interesting last few weeks; I've had the great pleasure of working here in Orlando with Pat F from Minnesota who has made great strides in implementing Symple Power Swing and also making me a better teacher with his insightful questions and analysis. I had a wonderful time working with Raymond and his lovely wife Giselle who are from Montreal. They made my days so enjoyable and interesting as we learned and laughed through several days of golf (the biggest smile of the week was when Raymond hit an approach shot to 6 inches on the first hole and started his round with a birdie.)

I also had the pleasure of working Anita W and her family from Tennessee. They a great family and each one made great strides in learning and implementing SPS and I look forward to getting to Tenn./ Ky area and doing a clinic.

The bizarre clinic trips started in Charleston SC with the late night drive from Orlando thru torrential rain and bad highways of Georgia all while battling a infected tooth, barely making to SC but we had a wonderful clinic with Russ and Barbara, Tom K and Tim and Gary all doing their best with a beautiful day at Patriots Point GC.

Then next was to Atlanta for the clinic there, arriving on Friday in golf shirt and shorts and waking up Saturday morning to a full fledged blizzard. Kudos to all the guys brave enough to show up. This included Jim and his brother, Gerald, Joel and Alton. We had a most amazing time starting the clinic in the snow and wind and finished a most rewarding day in 40 degree temperatures with everyone hitting the ball great.

Vegas was next, beautiful location overlooking the city and everyone doing a great job with putting and chipping and ending with all killing the driver, thanks to Bud, Bill, Kevin, Ron and Gene for all their hard work and especially Gene for his kindness and hospitality. Then the bad news of southwest flight cancelled and staying the night in the Vegas airport until 6am for the next flight. What an unbelievable ending to a crazy month. But thanks to all of the wonderful people who attend our clinics or lessons and make teaching the SPS Method so rewarding.

Also look for a new product from Symple Power Swing coming in the next few weeks. We are anxiously awaiting final word on date as we bring a new product to market. Stay tuned.

TIP OF THE MONTH

How To Start The New Season Of Right
For most of us the new golf season is just starting. The best way to get your game off to a good start is to concentrate on your short game. Instead of going to the range GO TO A PRACTICE GREEN and spend at least an hour preferably two practicing your chipping and putting. One fellow I know always structures his lunch time to go out to a practice green at least twice a week in the early season. He just goes to a course near where he works and does some chipping and putting. It wasn't his regular course but it worked well for him. His short game is always in great shape. The good thing about going to the practice green is that it's almost always empty.

At the practice green start out with putting. Bring three balls with you. Start in close at about 2 feet and move around the hole in a circular pattern (12 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock). Move out a foot each time you complete a circle making all three putts at each position. If you miss a putt you have to start over. If you can get out to 7 or 8 feet all the short putts this year will feel like Gimmee's.

Get the Symple Power Swing DVD's You Don't Have
To get any DVD you don't have just go to our product page http://www.simplegolf.com/product_list.htm and you can get any of our instructional DVD's individually. Complete your Symple Power Swing library and really get your game in shape for this year's golf season.

We have had great success with the Symple Putting DVD, the Short Game DVD both of which guarantee to lower your scores immediately! The Power Tips DVD and Advanced Drills DVD will definitely increase your club head speed and maximize your distance and accuracy - a must for anyone who wants to take Symple Swing to the next level.

Also I have had more positive feedback from the 2 Playing Lesson DVD's as both will improve you on course management and give you insight as how to take Symple Power Swing to the course and mentally prepare for each shot and stay focused, plus the lesson with Mike M who shoots his best round ever as we correct and perfect his swing is very educational - I personally recommend these to everyone who wants to really get better. Just click on this link to visit our product page and complete your Symple Power Swing library. http://www.simplegolf.com/product_list.htm . There are video clips there for many of the DVD's so you can sample a little of each one.
