This may be a stupid question, but, when you move the power thumb from 3:00 to 1:00 does only the thumb move or does the back of the left hand also move (rotate) towards the target (right handed golfer)?

My hand does move.
the thumb isnt that flexible

Giving up trying to meet goals and outcomes this year.

Hi Tiu,

Normally you'd want to move the whole hand. The purpose of moving the PowerThumb is usually to change the orientation of the club at impact so the whole hand should move.
