What is the reason for the famous rocket hosel shot (shanked)? When it happens for me, I feel like I took the club too far inside and then my swing is from inside to outside. Thanks, Ted
That's what causes it for me - taking the club back too far inside. It used to be a problem with my wedges, but I've gotten used to swinging on plane with the wedges. Keep working on your swing plane and you should be able to overcome it.
