Hi all

Open stance
Open clubface
Weight on lead leg
Strike down
Commit 100%

I'm calling it a cut lob - or a cut pitch, think it should be fine upto and above 50 yards.

I have been using this for a while now and it works just fine.

If you need height with a tight lie take a few warm up swings and send the ball to your target with your power triangle.

like it/what is difference with your technique and our flop shot technique? have lesson tomorrow and will check it out/ are you opening 30 degrees or so? how wide are feet apart?
is it full swing with full turn?

Ok Mike

Feet close ish, same as short game standard technique.

80-20 ish weight on front leg.

Stance & Clubface open depends on shot required and personel preference.

opening the face will increase bounce, so need a better lie.

I like to play most of these with a desending blow getting a nice crisp conact, less chance of a thin shot.

Use with gap/sand & lob wedge.

I always try to play the shot required after looking at the lie.

New best of the year an 86. Got my symple putter a few days ago - nice!
