What are some of the swing thoughts for the downswing in the Simple Golf swing? Should it be the lifting up of the left shoulder vertically or should the front hip bump forward before bracing into the left leg? I find myself spinning out on some of my shots causing the ball to pull left.
John hope you are well / we need to get together for 1/2 day lesson/ but until we do here are my thoughts/ 1- uncoil the triangle - upper body uncoiling the shoulders with straight front arm lever power. 2- sounds like your problem right now is lower body so regarding that try to keep your balance meaning hips square to ball thru impact. I am assuming from your post that you are trying to generate too much power from your lower body. So i would use T-Lock stance for next few rounds. remember that is when knees are slightly bowed out making the power triangle provide the power or club head speed. 3- so focus on perfect upper body coil and uncoil with correct top of backswing and correct FINISH POSITION = IF YOUR HANDS ARE ABOVE LEFT EAR WITH A HIGH FINISH THEN IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PULL OR HOOK. let me know how this works/ call me if you need further insight/ look forward to working or seeing you soon. take care mike o 407 340 9420
